Responsibilities |

Provide
frontline customer service
Scheduling of cutomers
appointments
Handling phone calls and inquiries on products
and services
Process job order for technicians and payment
collection
Manage general correspondence (email, messages, letter and
etc)
Any other
ad-hoc duties may be assigned |

Requirements |
: |
Fresh grafuates are encourage to apply and willing to learn
No working experience required (training will be provided)
Conversant in any Chinese dialect (s) an added advantage though not
compulsory
Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
Fresh school leavers or those without similar work experience |
