TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES AND DELIVERY

1) The term of payment is CASH , CHEQUE (subject to clearance) OR CREDIT CARD before delivery may be scheduled

2) Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd gives no representation promises on warranty oral or written, express or implied that it is under any obligation to accept the return goods sold and delivered to buyer

3) Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd reserves the rights in its absolute discretion to decline or for any reason to accept the return of the products or goods by buyer in exchange or otherwise

4) The act of God, war, insurrection, civil commotion, breakdown of machinery or plant, shortage of raw material or delayed arrival, fire, strikes, epidemics, delay in transport, harbor congestion, detention, floods or any other causes beyond control shall absolve Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd

5) Delivery time and date are subject to change should any of the circumstances on item 4 occur

6) All bills fall due on date of issue irrespective of loss or damage of the goods during transport

7) A minimum of 40% non-refundable deposit should be collected upon confirmation of purchase by buyer and that deposit paid are not refundable. Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd reserves the right to forfeit any amount of deposit should buyer fail to return to proceed their orders within 1 month stipulated time frame from the date of notification of availability for delivery

8) Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd shall be at liberty to cancel this contract in case of default made by buyer in taking delivery of or in paying for goods under this or non-delivery of goods more than 6 months or any other order placed by buyer with Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd. Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge 30% of the sale price as liquid damaged of such cancellation

9) Any discrepancies in any one or more of the delivery(s) or item(s) shall be considered on an individual basis without giving the buyer rights to cancel the whole order

10) The buyer shall check their product thoroughly at the time of collection or upon delivery. Any complaints regarding the product must be registered in writing to Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd on the same day of collection or delivery. No claim shall be entertained thereafter, the buyer shall be deemed to have examined the product, and to have accepted them in good condition and free from any defect

11) Any additional cost incurred in delivery of good to buyer due to difficult access to buyer’s premises shall be borne by buyer

12) Reasonable variation in colour, shade and/or grain of the goods must be allowed and no claims will be entertained in respect of the same
